1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AgentSignal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use AgentSignal on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Platform purpose

AgentSignal is a SaaS platform for creating AI-readable business profiles, launching AI-assisted marketing agents, managing leads, generating content, and supporting answer-engine optimization workflows.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, managing user access, reviewing workspace activity, and notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.

4. Customer data and content

You retain ownership of the business information, prompts, files, customer details, leads, and content you submit. You grant AgentSignal permission to process that information as needed to provide the service, operate features, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience as permitted by applicable law and your selected settings.

5. AI-generated output

AI output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content, responses, recommendations, and lead scores before use. You should not rely on AI output as the only basis for business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, or safety decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AgentSignal to send spam, mislead customers, scrape or process data unlawfully, infringe intellectual property, publish illegal content, impersonate others, bypass security controls, attack the platform, or violate third-party platform rules.

7. Marketing, email, and messaging compliance

You are responsible for complying with applicable email, SMS, advertising, privacy, consent, and anti-spam laws. This includes using truthful claims, proper opt-outs, accurate sender information, and appropriate consent where required.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, usage charges, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment terms are shown during checkout or in your billing area. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.

9. Third-party services

AgentSignal may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, changes, errors, or data practices.

10. Service changes and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the platform, maintain security, comply with law, or adjust business operations. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimers

AgentSignal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, reputational, or business interruption damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AgentSignal and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your content, customer data, use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the platform, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.

15. Updates to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AgentSignal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
